- Campaign
- One promo push or sequence sent to a defined group of members via any channel.
- Add-on Service
- Any revenue-generating service beyond the base membership — personal training, group classes, recovery, nutrition coaching, etc.
- Outbound Marketing
- Proactive promotions or messages designed to generate add-on service demand — not just conversations when members walk up and ask.
- Introductory Session
- The paid or free first session used to start a new member on an add-on service.
- Found First-Session Revenue
- In a normal month without a campaign, maybe 3 members sign up for their first session. You run a campaign and 8 members sign up. The 5 extra sign-ups? That's your Found First-Session Revenue — the money your campaign actually created.
- Package Revenue
- Service package dollars collected from members who bought a package after a campaign-driven introductory session (typically within 30 days).
